The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, but my room was great, nice and clean. Despite a leak issue, it was spotless. The lovely reception staff made our stay with family memorable, being incredibly helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, even with a minor location problem for a coach. The hotel's location is peaceful, close to attractions, although a few misplaced items were a downside. Overall, a cozy place to relax with a drink.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms constantly made noises through the night, and they were tiny; the only executive feature was a free Kit-Kat on the desk. On the positive side, the view from the room was amazing, even though it was really very small.
